Cancelation policy
I require a 72 hour cancelation policy or appointment change for color services and a 48 hour notice for haircut services. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for haircuts I will consider you a no-show and i will have to charge you for the loss to book againz. A $50 deposit is due to to hold any color services. This $50 fee goes toward your service on your appointment date. I rarely double book my clients so it’s a big loss for my business if i dont have time to fill the spot. Also i try to run on time as best as i can but as you know sometimes hair times run over and i do my best to let you know.
